Neyse evi degistirdiler buyuk bir eve gectik. Birgün geliyoruz elektrik yok birgun geliyoruz su yok birgun geliyoruz asansörü kapatmislar (4 gün kapaliydi) cektigimiz işkencenin haddi hesabi yoktu. Ev desen leş gibi duşa kabin kireçli ve kırık elinizde kalabilir. Mutfak yağ içinde koltuklar sigara yanığı ve lekeli. Nevresimlerin üstü saç dolu. Camlarıda pislikten acamazsiniz kuş pisliği dolu .Tam bir fiyasko I have never seen such an irresponsible building, a neglected house in my life. We rented a house in Ortaca for a week, we went to the house, it is not the house in the picture. Anyway, they changed the house and we moved to a big house. One day we come, there is no electricity, one day we come, there is no water. House pattern stinking shower cabin may remain chalky and broken in your hand. The kitchen is greasy, the seats are cigarette burnt and stained. The sheets are full of hair. The windows are full of bird droppings. It's a complete fiasco.

We reserved a room and after entering their office they just asked cash money without politely saying any word and without showing us where we will stay. Plus they do not wear mask and their office is smelling terrible cigarette.We are still trying to get our money back,for a week,they do not even give your money back.In general, you can ask about this office to other offices in Ortaca and other people, we learned that they just regard this office in Ortaca as untrustworthy. We will write to official tourism desks about them,too.
