 A business that does not stand behind the product they sell as a guaranteed product and makes its customers suffer. I definitely do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okullar başladıktan yaklaşık bir hafta sonra buradan ekli fotoğraftaki çantayı aldık. Ürün garantili dediler. Daha 1 ay içinde yine fotoğraftaki gibi fermuar dişleri dökülmeye basladi. İsletmeye getirdik. Once yaoacak birsey yok dediler. Sonra bir terzi kartviziti verip buraya yönlendirdiler. Orasi bizim adnan çanta ile anlaşmamız yok ucreti siz ödersiniz dediler. Geri dönüp tekrar görüştük. Ürün garantili ama biz ilgilenmiyoruz. Siz firma ile iletişime geçin dediler. Satarken öyle demiyorlardı. Tamam sen tamirini yaptır veya değiştir. Uretici yada bayi firmadan sen o urunun yerine yenisini alirsin. O firmadan bir sürü alışverişin var. Siz duruken bizim mi ilgilenmemiz lazım. Nihayetinde müşterisini mağdur durumda bırakan ilgisiz bir firma. Tavsiye Etmiyorum.
About a week after the schools started, we got the bag in the attached photo from here. They said the product is guaranteed. Within a month, the zipper teeth started to fall out, as in the photo. We brought it to the establishment. They said there is nothing to live for once. Then they gave a tailor's business card and directed him here. They said that we don't have an agreement with Adnan Bag, you pay the price. We went back and talked again. The product is guaranteed but we are not interested. They said to contact the company. They didn't say that when selling. Ok, have it repaired or replaced. You buy a new one from the manufacturer or dealer company instead of that product. You have a lot of purchases from that company. Do we have to take care of you while you are waiting? Ultimately, it is a disinterested company that leaves its customers in a disadvantaged position. I do not recommend.
