2 seneden beri voltaj düşüklüğü yaşıyoruz Işıklar sönme seviyesine kadar geliyor ve sonra tekrar düzeliyor tekrar geri düşüyor. 186 'yı 2 seneden beri arıyorum sorunu bildiriyorum, dönüş yapacaklarını söylediler ama ben ilgilenen kimseyi görmedim.Evi klima ile ısıtıp,soğutuyoruz,ama elektrik böyle olduğu için kapatmak zorunda kalıyorum veeee buna rağmen yani elektiriği kullanamama rağmen faturaların yüksek Elektronik eşyalarımın bozulmasından korkuyorum.LÜTFEN BİR ÇÖZÜM BULUN ARTIK
We have been experiencing low voltage for 2 years. The lights come up to the level of extinguishing and then recover again and fall back again. I've been calling 186 for 2 years and I've been reporting the problem, they said they'd call back but I didn't see anyone interested. We heat and cool the house with air conditioning, but I have to turn it off because the electricity is like this, and even though I can't use the electricity, the bills are high. 5 yıldan beri Çamköy mah de yaşıyorum. Ne zaman elektrik kesilse bu mahallenin kesiliyor, diğer mahallelerde elektrik var. Madem hatlarda sorun var 5 yıldır niye duzeltilmiyor. Elektrik faturalarını odemezsek elektriği hemen kesmesini biliyorsunuz ama. Şimdi de elektrik yok yaklaşık 3 saattir, yeter artık, benden faturalara ilgili beklenen hassasiyeti sizlerin çalışmalarında da görmek istiyorum, bir an önce elektrigimi açın
I have been living in Çamköy mah for 5 years. Whenever the electricity goes out, this neighborhood is cut off, other neighborhoods have electricity. If there is a problem with the lines, why hasn't it been fixed for 5 years? But you know that if we don't pay the electricity bills, it will cut off the electricity immediately. Now there is no electricity for about 3 hours, enough is enough, I want to see the sensitivity expected from me about bills in your works, turn on my electricity as soon as possible.

Last Friday 18th June a padlock was put on our meter. No letter, no explanation. I looked on Aydems page, no debt showing. I rang 186, who said go on ADM site. No debt showing. Then 186 told me to go to Aydem. I did, no debt, try ADM. 3 buses in 31 degrees. ADM said a bill was missed in April (!) so we've been using electric illegally. They said we owe 466tl. That seems very high compared to usual. The debt was paid in their office at 4pm. I was told someone would come and remove the lock very soon. No one came. I rang 186 several times on Saturday 19th, but it was hopeless, they just passed me to different numbers who said I must call 186. Eventually I used up all my phone credit. I told them to make a note on their system that if no one came by midday I would take it off myself. 6 days later, today, 24th June, a man came to put another lock on and said we have another bill!!! I emailed a formal complaint to the head office on 20th June, and by 23rd no response, so sent it again. What a disgusting way to treat customers. I have to go back there again tomorrow to try and sort it all out. Imagine the elderly, disabled or new mothers dealing with this shambles.
