Kesinti saatlerinin toplam saati kadar ortalama yaktığım kW miktarının düşülmesini tüketici hakem heyetine baş vurarak sizden talep edeceğim, nasıl bir gün bile fatura gecikse farkını alıyorsanız bende sizden böyle bir talepte bulunacağım.
