★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hayatımda gördüğüm en berbat firma otobüs kalkışına 4 saat kala otobüs iptal diye bilgi veriyor, başka otobüse aktarma gibi bir çözüm bulamaz mısınız deyince önce otogar şubeden sonra müşteri hizmetlerinden en son olarakta merkezlerinden hakaret işitiyorsunuz. Bilet parasının iadesini size yardım etmek gibi görüyorlar ama iade etmemek için de her türlü zorluğu yaşatıyorlar. Bu firma tek gidiş şansım olsa şehirlerarası yürürüm yine de bir daha asla bilet almam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hayatta bindiğim en BERBAT otobüs firması, güneydoğu yu baştan başa gezdim, o yörenin değişik firmalarına bindim ama böyle NEZAKETSİZ, işini savsaklarayarak yapanı görmedim, bni alacağı yerden almadılar, gideceğim yere de götürmediler, gece yarısı uyandırıp başka araca gecicen diye aşağı indiriyor, sonra biraz beklememiz lazımmış tekrar yukarı geç bekle diyorlar, bunlarıda pişkin pişkin söylüyorlar, ben kafayı vurup yatarım sabahta inince işlerimi hallederim diye düşünüyordum ama karaborsadan bilet bulmuşum gibi karga tulumba gidiyorum, KESİNLİKLE ALMAYIN, BİNMEYİN, KULLANMAYIN!!
