 I've been traveling with this company for years. This is the first time I've encountered a problem. Despite calling the customer representative, they didn't care. After all, we travel for a fee. There is no word to say other than to say shame on you, if there are too many passengers, there are too many companies for us.

Ama adima düzenlenen bilette 37 nolu koltukmus otobüse bindigimde 31 nolu koltuk doluydu . Ben otogarı aradım durumu izah ettim. I wanted to buy a ticket from Adıyaman to go to Mersin, I called the bus station and asked for the empty seat numbers. The person concerned said that seat 31 was empty. But when I got on the bus, seat number 31 was occupied on the ticket issued in my name. I called the bus station and explained the situation. He told me that seat 7 and seat 19 are empty, let one of them be taken. The staff on the bus said they were sold. There is a serious miscommunication.

Sonrada Adıyaman'da Ankara'ya gelinceye kadar koltuklarda gezdiriyorlar. Adamın birini kuş uçmaz bir yerde karanlıkta indirdiler adam küfür ediyordu. Adam bilet almış araca binemedi yer yok

Ayrıca Muavin on defa saydı her seferinde de koltuk numaramı ayrıca 5 defa nerede ineceğimi sordu. Konfor sıfır. Aklı olan bu firmayla yolculuk yapmaz. Adıyaman dan mersine yolcuğum 10 - 15 yıl önceki yolcuğumdan kötüydü.
The TV does not work.. I said can you turn it on ten times, it opened, disappointed. It turns on and off by itself. In addition, the assistant counted ten times, and each time he asked my seat number and 5 times where I would get off. Comfort is zero. Anyone with a mind will not travel with this company. My journey from Adıyaman to myrtle was worse than my journey 10-15 years ago.

Ama muavin şimdiye kadar gördüğüm en kötüsuydu.Dogru düzgün yolcularla ilgilenmedi.Bir şey istiyoruz tamam diyip kafa sallıyo ama asla yardımcı olmuyor.Mola verildiğinde kaç dk olduğu hakkında bilgi vermiyo.Sacma sapan bir yolculuktu.Bir daha Gularas turizm tercih etmeyi düşünmüyorum.
I am not satisfied at all. The journey was very delayed. The bus broke down twice. This is something that could happen. But the assistant was the worst I've ever seen. He didn't take care of the passengers properly. He nods by saying ok we want something, but he never helps. He doesn't give any information about how many minutes are left when he takes a break. It was a ridiculous trip. I don't think I will choose Gularas tourism again.
