Bir an önce mesai bitsin gidelim anlayışı . Bir çok devlet dairelerinde hakim. Neden böyle diye düşündüğümüzde cevabı çok karmaşık. Çünkü insanımızda bir doyumsuzluk var. Herkes maddi yönden daha yukarıdakilere özeniyor. Oysa kendinden daha az imkanla geçinenler de var kimse ona bakmıyor. Bu yüzden malesef bir mutsuzluk hakim.
The usual situations we see in government offices. No smiles. Behaviors like let's get the job done as soon as possible and let's get some freedom. Employees here have no job satisfaction.
