They provide standard travel service. I traveled from Ankara to Istanbul. They offered drinks and food. The bus departed on time. It took 5.5 hours from Aşti to the harem.

Üstelik muavin otobüsün içinde de maskesiz dolaşıyordu. Bir de üstüne 14.30'da kalkması gerekirken otogara 14.50'de geldi. Bir saat de geç vardık. 4 Temmuz 2021'de binmiştim. Half of the bus, including the driver and assistant, was not wearing a mask. Imagine a bus that was filled to the brim at the time of Corona and half of them were without masks. Moreover, the assistant was walking around in the bus without a mask. On top of that, he was supposed to get up at 14.30, but arrived at the bus station at 14.50. We arrived an hour late.
