★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Periyodik Bakım için gelmiştim. Opel servisi kan ağlıyor resmen... Citroen çalışanları ve müdürü güleryüzlü neşeli müşteri ile güzel muhabbet çevirirken Opel ile ilgilenen servis danışmanları ve servis şefi ilgisiz ve suratları hep asık. Müdür Bey odasından çıkmaz, görüşmek isteriz olmaz... Periyodik bakım sonrası motoru yıkadılar kendilerince, sonra aracı teslim ettiler. Hatta sevis danışmanına dedim ki tehlikeli değil mi motora su tutmak. Bana biz profesyonel yapıyoruz dedi. Aracıma binip servisten çıkmadan ekranda arıza uyarısı aldım, acilen servise götür yazısı çıktı. Geri girdim servise. Baktılar ettiler turbo arızalı dediler, turbocuya göndermeliyiz dediler( Servis dışına, sanayiye). Getirdiğinde böyle bir arıza yoktu, şimdi oldu dediğimde ise tesadüf olmuş dediler. Arabamı bırakmadım aldım. 2 gün araç kuruyunca sorun kalktı. Yani hem bilgisiz hem de hatasını kabul etmeyen bir servis Opel bölümü. Artık aracımı farklı şehire götüreceğim bakım için. Gelirken biraz daha düşünün derim.
I came for Periodic Maintenance. Opel service is crying blood... Citroen employees and manager have a nice conversation with the smiling and cheerful customer, while the service consultants and service chief who deal with Opel are indifferent and always sullen. As soon as the Manager does not leave his room, we would like to meet... After the periodic maintenance, they washed the engine by themselves, then they delivered the vehicle. I even said to the service advisor, isn't it dangerous to get water in the engine? He told me we do it professionally. Before I got in my vehicle and left the service, I got a fault warning on the screen, the message to take it to the service immediately appeared. I went back to the service. They looked and said that the turbo is defective, they said we should send it to the turbocharger (out of service, to the industry). There was no such malfunction when he brought it, but when I said it happened now, they said it was a coincidence. I did not leave my car. The problem went away after the car dried for 2 days. In other words, a service Opel department that is both ignorant and does not accept its fault. Now I will take my vehicle to a different city for maintenance. Think a little more before you come.
