The green area and the security system are beautiful. The blocks are built very well and the location is wonderful. Everything is within walking distance to the site.

Ama bence bi yere taşınmanın en önemli özelliklerinden biride komşuluk ilişkileridir ki eğer böyle bişey arıyorsanız burası hiç yoktan iyidir. O eksik bi puanda geceleyin buraların bi havası vardı, etrafta lambalar vardı onları söktüler. Eskiydi ama güzeldi o puanda ordan gitti ;D
I have been here for over 5 years, if you ask the quality of their home they have a beautiful design than most houses in the area. But I think one of the most important features of moving somewhere is the neighborhood relations, which is better than nothing if you are looking for something like this. In that missing point, there was an air here at night, there were lamps around, they took them out. It was old but it was good and it went from there at that point; D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Site aslında çok sıradışı düşünülerek yapılmış. Kooperatif olarak yapildiğindan eksikleri yok değil. Zamanla gideriliyor. Komşuluk ilişkilerinin her büyük sitedeki gibi pek yakın olduğu söylenemez. Bir de her kesimden insan toplanmış. İnsanlar çocuklarını başkalarını rahatsız etmemeleri konusunda hiç uyarmadığını görüyoruz. Çocuk oyun alanlari çok güzel ama herkes kapı-cam önlerinde oynatıp, itiraz esenlere de beğenmiyorsan git diyor. Balkonları da☺süper, herkes özeniyor. Çok geniş bir iç alanı var. KTO üniversitesine, adalet ve şehir parkına, adliyeye, dolmuş ve otobüs kalkış duraklarina çok çok yakın.
The site is actually made with a very unusual in mind. Since it is made as a cooperative, it is not complete. It is eliminated over time. It cannot be said that neighborly relations are very close as in every major site. Also, people from all walks of life were gathered. We see that people never warn their children not to bother others. Children's playgrounds are very nice, but everyone plays in front of doors and windows and says if you don't like those who protest, go. Balconies are also very good, everyone cares. It has a very large interior space. Very very close to KTO university, justice and city park, courthouse, minibus and bus departure stops.
