Adile Baysal Kültür ve Sanat Evi’nde Seydişehir Belediyesi’ne ait restaurant ve kafeterya bulunmaktadır.
Yöresel halk giysileri, süs eşyaları, takunya örnekleri, Seydişehirli ev hanımlarının el işleri, yöresel halı, kilim ve dokuma tezgâhlarını Osmanlı devri yayları, Osmanlı şerbet kazanlarını, düğüm, kazan, sahan, eski silah ve ev eşyaları gibi kültürel ve sanatsal çalışmaların sergisi yapılmaktadır.
Değişik zamanlarda fotoğraf ve resim sergileri düzenlenmektedir.
Kültür ve Sanat Evi nin binası, Seydişehir’in geleneksel mimarisini yansıtmaktadır.

In Adile Baysal Culture and Art House, there is a restaurant and cafeteria belonging to Seydişehir Municipality.
An exhibition of cultural and artistic works such as local folk clothes, ornaments, samples of clogs, handicrafts of housewives from Seydişehir, local carpets, rugs and weaving looms, Ottoman period bows, Ottoman sherbet cauldrons, knot, cauldron, sahan, old weapons and household items are exhibited.
Photography and painting exhibitions are held at different times.
The building of the Culture and Art House reflects the traditional architecture of Seydişehir.
