Umarım düzeltir. The hotel is changing hands, they did not say when making the reservation. We could not find hot water to bathe in the spa. Yemekler 1 hafta önceden kalmış sanki oraya siralamislar. 4 kişilik suit oda diyolar odada 3 yatak var 1 kişiyi koltuğa mazur görüyorlar. Ama 4 yatak parası aliyolar. İğrenç bir otel aklı olan kapısından bile geçmesin... We said bath, ice cold water. There is no light in the bath, not only in the bath but also in the rooms. It's as if the dishes were left a week ago, as if they had ordered them there. They call it a suite room for 4 people, there are 3 beds in the room and they excuse 1 person for the seat. Havuzlar buz gibi haman bölümü çok soğuk yemekler özensiz. Odalar cok soğuk.donduk ilk defa geliyoruz. Ve pişman olduk. Asansörler çalışmıyor. Odalarda ışık yok. Personel suratsız ilgisiz. Sanirim en kötü tecrübe oldu I would never recommend a hotel beyond crappy, you will regret it. We booked a suite room. Even the person sleeping in the extra seat from the 3-bed room is charged a fee. The pools are freezing, the haman section is very cold, the food is sloppy. The rooms are very cold. We are frozen for the first time. And we regret it. Elevators are not working. There is no light in the rooms. Staff sullen indifferent. I think it was the worst experience
