Ancak, Adidas konusunda genel, kanaatim, web sitelerinden, aldığım bir ürünü incelemeye göndediğimde aldığım cevapla değişti. Siyah diye aldığım ayakkabımın rengi kullanımımda bilinen mora dönüştü. Bana gerekçe olarak kullanıcı hatası denildi. Ayakkabının kumaş olan bölümünün renkleri bildiğiniz mor oldu. Ama gelin görün efendiler kullanıcı hatası dedi. Yağmur suyundan başka bir suya maruz kalmayan ayakkabıda kullanıcı hatası nasıl olur anlamadım.
 The interest of the staff in my shopping at the Adidas Izmit Outlet store is pleasing. However, my general opinion about Adidas has changed with the response I got when I sent a product I bought from websites to review. The color of my shoes, which I bought as black, turned into purple, which is known in my use. I was told user error as the reason. The colors of the fabric part of the shoe became purple, as you know. But come see, masters said user error. I do not understand how user error can occur in shoes that are not exposed to any other water than rain water.
