I have never come across a business with so many rude staff working together. Despite the warning of the lady sitting at the computer on the right and saying I cannot hear the customer, the laughter did not stop. One of them replied that we can't be quieter.

We stopped by to buy fittings in our bathroom sink. At the entrance, we sat at the counter on the right, asking the question of WHERE WAS THE BATTERY, who is interested in the computer -What are you doing here, what a ridiculous question he looked at our face. With his hand, the right side pointed to the opposite wall - He said he was there. We were very disturbed by the disrespectful-loveless and even disdainful behavior left by these marketers. We will never go to the aforementioned place and we are determined to convey this experience to all our acquaintances.

The ceramics I ordered for my summer house on 21/10/2021 from Bien Seramik, under the name of Aydın Kuşadası Adaser (Construction Materials) construction market, were sent incorrectly. I became aware of this mistake long after I had to return to Denizli due to the ongoing renovations in my summer house. The company misled our worker with the wrong ceramic it sent. Wrong ceramics were furnished by our worker and since it was not enough, they were supplied by our worker again from the company. Even during the procurement process, our worker was not warned about the wrong ceramic. Wrong ceramics were given to our workers again without any control. This situation caused both me and our worker material and moral damage. Although they had to return to Kuşadası to correct the mistake, when I went to Adaser Company and explained the situation, they said that they would return the money and asked me for my IBAN number, but I was not paid any fees arising from their own mistakes. When I spoke again, the employee of the company who took the order blamed the warehouse officer. The warehouse clerk also claimed that the crime was not caused by him. Company officials have approached with an unethical attitude that if there is a mistake, remove it and replace it. The company has caused me material and moral damage. I reported the negativity I experienced as a complaint to the necessary places. Think carefully when shopping here...
