★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adana havalimanı inişimiz de karşıladılar güler yüzlü personelleri otoparkta tam istediğim aracı bana teslim etti. Adana oto kiralama hizmeti aldığımız firmalar içerisinde en iyisi diyebilirim kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
 They also welcomed our arrival at Adana airport and their friendly staff delivered me exactly the vehicle I wanted in the parking lot. I can say that Adana is the best among the companies that we get car rental service, I definitely recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 günlük bir kiralama yaptım pejo 2008 model bir araç oldum 2,200 TL verdim. neyse gittim geldim depoyu gene ful verdim ( ekstra benden hgs ücreti ve yıkama parası olarak 100 TL istendi ve onu da verdim no: ben aracı aldığımda zaten pisti.)
I made a 3-day rental, I became a pejo 2008 model vehicle, I gave 2,200 TL. Anyway, I went and came and gave the warehouse full house again (100 TL was requested from me as extra hgs fee and washing fee and I gave it as well no: when I bought the vehicle, it was already on the track.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bu firmayla dikkatli olunmalı. Başlangıçta herşeyi yazılı sorup isteyin. Sözlü iletişim kurmayın. Fiyatlara KDV dahil mi diye sorun. Full kasko fiyata dahil mi değil mi şeklinde yazılı bilgi almakta fayda var. Hiç memnun kalmadım.
Be careful with this company. Ask everything in writing at the beginning. Do not communicate verbally. Ask if prices include VAT. It is useful to get written information whether full insurance is included in the price or not. I was not satisfied at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich empfehle es niemandem weiter haben diesen Sommer insgesamt 3 Autos gemietet keiner bekam das Auto was reserviert war. Als wir telefonisch Kontakt aufgenommen hatten wurde uns gesagt dass in den Preisen dass vollkasso inbegriffen ist aber als wir dort angekommen sind mussten wir nochmal extra 60 Euro fürs vollkasso zahlen. Außerdem bekamen wir ein Auto was kaum fahrbar war trotz dass ich mehmals angerufen habe und nach einem anderen Wagen gefragt habe wurde ich am Telefon sehr unhöflich behandelt ich hatte wirklich Angst gehabt mit dem Auto auf der Straße zu fahren es war wirklich eine schrottkiste, bei Abgabe des Autos wurde ich nochmal auf gut deutsch gesagt wieder verarscht da hieß es das ich für die Autobahn die Gebühren zahlen muss und angeblich hätte ich irgendwo falsch geparkt und musste nochmal extra dafür zahlen was die mir allerdings nicht einmal beweisen konnten insgesamt musste ich noch 250 tl zahlen also eine richtig große abzocke ich wurde wirklich dazu gezwungen es zu zahlen da ich als eine Frau dort alleine war konnte ich leider keine Diskussion mit den eingehen weil die ja auch am Telefon sehr unhöflich gegenüber mir waren als ich ein anderes Auto haben wollte .
I do not recommend it to anyone. Rented a total of 3 cars this summer. Nobody got the car that was reserved. When we contacted us by phone, we were told that the prices included full collection, but when we got there we had to pay an extra 60 euros for full collection. In addition, we got a car that was hardly drivable despite the fact that I called several times and asked for another car, I was treated very rude on the phone I was really afraid to drive the car on the street it was really a junk box when it was handed over of the car, I was again kidding in good German, because it was said that I had to pay the tolls for the motorway and allegedly I had parked wrong somewhere and had to pay extra for it, which they could not even prove to me, however, in total I had to pay another 250 tl So pay a really big rip off I was really forced to pay it because I was there alone as a woman I could not enter into a discussion with them because they were very rude to me on the phone when I wanted another car.

I have rented from abroad many times and each time I have received the vehicle from the airport on time without any problems and returned it. The only address I trust in renting a car in Adana. I would like to thank the authorities very much and wish them good service. Best Regards, A. Akkus

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dikkat edilmesi gereken “abi hallederiz”ci firma. Havaalanindan ilk olarak peugeot 301 soz verilmisken fiat segea teslim edildi. Yarin ogleden sonra degistirecegiz denilip hic bir ses cikmadi. Ertesi gun citroen elysee verebildiler ancak. Iki arac da sigara kokuyordu. Ilk aracin cocuk koltugunun bir kemeri tutmuyordu. Ikinci aractaki de langir langir sallaniyordu. Araclar kullanirken hic guven vermiyor. Iki aracta da unlem isareti surekli yaniyordu. Uzun lafin kisasi ozellikle cocuklu aileler uzak durmali. Herseyin ustune, esim odemeyi havale etmis olmasina ragmen belli ki bi aksilik olmus ve odeme firmaya gecmemis. Bunun uzerine sirket bizi sanki dolandiriciymisiz gibi suc duyurusunda bulunmakla tehdit etti. Ekstradan cikarilan ful kasko ve hgs odemeleri de cabasi.
It is the company that should pay attention to "brother, we will take care of it". From the airport, the first peugeot 301 was delivered to fiat segea when promised. It was said that we will change it tomorrow after noon and no sound came out. The next day they could only give citroen elysee. Both vehicles smelled of cigarettes. One belt of the child seat of the first vehicle did not hold. In the second vehicle, the pinball was rocking. It does not give any confidence when using tools. The exclamation mark was constantly lit in both vehicles. Long story short, especially families with children should stay away. On top of everything, although my wife transferred the payment, obviously something went wrong and the payment was not transferred to the company. On top of that, the company threatened us to file a criminal complaint as if we were scammers. Not to mention the extra full insurance and hgs payments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried 2 cars with this rental company. Both smoking cigarette. Child seats either broken or not connected safely. None of the car felt safe while driving. I would suggest to stay away especially for the families with kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented 2 x 9 passenger vans to tour for 18 days around the southern region of Turkey.
We received one van with two broken tables and cup holders that were just holes into the side panels. (Which were noted on the contract). The van came with barely enough gas to get to the station to fill up, and were both dirty inside and out.
When we returned the vans we all agreed no further damage and parted ways. After a few days they called to say the window was broken and we owe for those broken tables. And suddenly our insurance covers nothing.
The guy said they noticed the crack days later after washing the van but they couldn't show us the van... but kept saying we can trust them...
We ended up being charged an extra 3,800TL. They were bullying us, lying right to our face.
Poor service. Low quality vans. I do not recommend this car rental company. It left a bad taste in our mouth as we left Turkey.
