Vatandaş olarak gerçekten üzücü bir durum bu. Insan istiyor ki gerçekten insan iletişimi iyi ve yaptığı işi layığıyla yapabilen personeller istihdam edilsin. maalesef neye göre seçiliyor bilmiyorum ama uygun kritere sahip olmayan çok fazla çalışanınız var.
You have so many personnel who insult the passengers, who scold the passengers, talk on the phone while driving in traffic and try to intimidate whomever you complain to when they voice their mistakes. This is truly a sad state of affairs as a citizen. People really want to employ personnel who have good human communication and can do their job properly. Unfortunately, I do not know how they are selected, but you have too many employees who do not have the appropriate criteria.
