2022 yılında yorumu güncelliyorum, önceki yorumu da silmiyorum ki değişiklik belli olsun. 29 Ocak 2022 (C.Tesi) tarihinde internet sitesi üzerinden vermiş olduğum sipariş Horoz Nakliyat ile gönderildi, endişelendim, ancak Pazartesi ürün teslim edildi, ayrıca teslimden 15 dakika önce kurye aradı. Yorumu düzeltiyorum, hatalar giderilmiş gibi.

I am updating the comment in 2022, I am not deleting the previous comment, so that the change is obvious. I was worried, but the product was delivered on Monday, the courier called 15 minutes before the delivery. I'm correcting the comment, it looks like the bugs have been fixed.

I bought a product from Trendyol for 1.5 weeks, but they still could not deliver it, moreover, my house is 20 km from their warehouse. When I called customer service, they said that they could not bring the product and that they had to come and get it themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bu kadar berbat bir lojistik firması görmedim.Adana merkez sube ve müşteri hizmetlerinde bir kişiye dahi ulaşılamıyor.Muhattap bulamıyorsunuz.Surekli bant kaydı çıkıyor.Vestel gibi bir firma bu lojistik bozuntusu bir taşıma şirketiyle nasıl çalışıyor inanılır gibi değil.
I have never seen such a terrible logistics company. Not even a single person can be reached in Adana central branch and customer services. You cannot find a contact person. Continuous tape recording is available. It is unbelievable how a company like Vestel works with a transportation company with this mess of logistics.

I have never seen such a bad shipping company in my life. 1 product couldn't arrive in 7 days, they don't answer their number. I went to the distribution points, they said the product is out for distribution, I said ok, give me the number of this place, they gave me the number of this place, I went back to work, they didn't answer the number they gave me and I called 10 times. they literally messed up

After reading such bad reviews, thinking that my order would not come, I constantly contacted the company through IKEA, called customer service and followed up. As a result of these, I think my order arrived a few days late, but there was no damage to the products.
