Binamızın dış cephe mantolama ile Isı, Ses ve yangın izolasyonunu tamamladılar, işlerine hakim olduğunu görünce de dam izolasyonu problemime de çözüm önerisi istedim. Adana'nın sıcağında dam sıcaklığı evimin içinde olduğu için hem Dam Isı İzolasyonu, hem de Dam Su İzolasyonu olarak uygulama yapıldı. Isı, Ses izolasyonu olarak Termo Şap olan tamamı Perlit Isı Yalıtım Şapı olarak uygulanan Persan Termo Şap yapıldı. Şap gibi yaptılar ve üstüne de 5 katmanlı süper elastik izolasyon önerdiler ve uyguladılar. 3 yıldır ne cephe de çatlak , su alma, nem alma yaşıyorum ne de damım da çatım da. İlgilenen Hasan bey e ayrıca teşekkürümü bir borç bilirim. garanti belgemi teslim ederken ufak da bir indirim sağlamıştı sağolsun. Tekrardan buradan teşekkür etme fırsatı buldum. They have completed the heat, sound and fire insulation of our building with exterior sheathing, and when I saw that they had mastered their work, I asked for a solution to my roof insulation problem. Since the roof temperature is inside my house in the heat of Adana, both Dam Heat Insulation and Dam Water Insulation were applied. Persan Thermo Alum, which is Thermo Alum as Heat and Sound Insulation, was applied as Perlite Thermal Insulation Screed. They made it like screed and recommended and applied 5 layers of super elastic insulation on top of it. For 3 years, I have neither cracked the facade, did not absorb water or moisture, nor my roof nor my roof. I would also like to thank Hasan who is interested. A	Ali Percin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adana izolasyon firma sahibi olarak kendini tanıtan Hasan Ali Yücel bey ile müstakil evimizin çatı izolasyonu membran kaplama izolasyonu için anlaştık 8 kasım 2019 tarihinde malzemelerin bir kısmı indi 11 kasım 2019 tarihinde işe başlandı. İş için usta olarak getirilen personeller anladığım kadarı ile yevmiye usulü çalışan gündelik işçilerden oluşuyor, iş uzmanlığı yok yani, kaplama yapılmadan önce zemin temizliği pazarlıkta buna dahil edilmesine rağmen zorla yaptırdım diyebilirim. Eğerki mazlum ve naif bir yapınız varsa o bile olmazdı ama öyle böyle bir şekilde iş bitti. Membranları duvara sabitlemeye yarayan ve aradan su sızmasını engellemeye yarayan baskı çıtaları var Hasan ali bey şu elinde malzeme olmadığını belirtip çokta acil olmadığını söyledi bizde tamam bekleriz dedik. Aradan 3 ay geçti aradık. Şehir dışındayız gelince halledecem. Aradan 6 ay geçti, planlamaya aldım abi gelecem kusura bakma, aradan 6 ay daha geçti malzemem geliyor abi gelecem dedi, veee döndük dolaştık geldik bu güne dün aradım iki kez açmadı bugün aradım yine açmadı msj attım dönmedi. Piyasada bu tür işlerin olduğunu sürekli duyduğumdan parasının tamamını vermedim.Tahmini olarak kalan işin miktarı olan 750,00 TL yi iş teslimden sonra vereceğimi Hasan Ali bey e söyledim. Kendisinde bilgisi dahilinde iş tesliminden sonra verilmek üzere kalan 750,00 TL hala bende durmaktadır. Bugün itibari ile 2 yıl 3 ay oldu iş hala bitmedi. Bu firmaya iş yapıp yaptırmamak sizin tercihiniz. Benim yaşadıklarım bunlar... It has been 6 months, I took it to the planning, I am sorry I will come, 6 more months have passed, my material is coming, brother said, I will come, and we returned and came back today. I told Hasan Ali that I would pay 750.00 TL, which is the estimated amount of the remaining work, after the delivery of the work. I still have the remaining 750.00 TL to be given after the delivery of work, within his knowledge. As of today, it has been 2 years and 3 months and the work is still not finished.
