Bekommst einen Fiat Benziner , mit Brandflecken Am Sitz ungepflegt und noch dazu, das Auto fährt auf der Autobahn nicht mehr als 100 KM und Du beim steilen Berg Angst hattest das das Auto jeden Augenblick versagt. Als ich gesagt habe, bei der Ankunft das ist aber nicht das Auto was ich reserviert habe ging man nicht auf das Gespräch ein. Beim wiederholten Mal nachfrage, bekam ich gesagt, dass die Reservierung verlängert wurde Von vorherigen Kunden und ich in 2-3 Tage das von mir Reserviertes Auto erhalte. Ich wurde regelrecht erzwungen diese Auto anzunehmen, weil Sie ganz genau wissen, es bleibt einen nichts anderes übrig außer es anzunehmen, weil man weiterkommen muss und man mitten in der Nacht um 02:30 Uhr keine Lust hat zu Diskutieren. 14 Tage lang musste ich Dann doch das Auto benutzen und bekam das eigentlich Reservieret Fahrzeug nicht. Habe nach 4 Tagen angerufen um nach zu fragen wann das Auto Ausgetauscht wird, Da man mir ja versprochen hat in 2 bis 3 Tagen das eigentlich Reserviert Auto zu bekommen. Sie ging bewusst nicht ran ans Telefon. Mein eigentlich geplanter Urlaub war dank Gizem Rent a Car versaut,da ich leider mit diesem Auto das Risiko nicht eingehen konnte und somit meine geplante Rute nicht fahren konnte. Das tollste ist, dass man dann auch noch gesagt bekommt, da Sie sich nicht gemeldet haben, gingen wir davon aus, dass das Auto ok war für Sie, obwohl ich 2 mal nach 4 Tagen angerufen habe und man nicht dran ging aber auch nicht zurückgerufen hat. An meinem letzten Urlaubstag rief ich dann nochmal an, dieses mal rief man mich zurück, komisch war das schon am letzten Tag ruft man zurück. Ich wollte denen klar und deutlich sagen, das es unverschämt ist so einen verhalten, zu versprechen und nicht eingehalten wird. Als ich dann nachfragte Sie müssen doch das an mich gemietet Fahrzeug kennen und wie soll man in dem Zustand zufrieden sein mit diesem Auto. Bekam ich keine Antwort und als ich dann auch noch gefragt habe, wie man mir den eine Nachricht senden kann, dass das von ihnen erwünschte Fahrzeug erfolgreich auf Sie Reservieret wurde, dann aber an den vorherigen Kunden weiter verlängert wurde angeblich. Diese Fragen wurden bewusst ignoriert und völlig auf andere Sachen eingegangen. Es wurde vollkommen normal aufgenommen. Ich wurde nicht einmal vorher informiert, dass ich das Auto noch nicht bekommen kann noch wurde ich gefragte ,ob dieser Fiat ok ist für mich. nicht einmal wurde entgegengekommen und musste für einen viel älteres und dazu noch ungepflegt bzw. der Zustand vom Auto war Denen ebenso bekannt fast genau soviel bezahlen. Zwischen dem neu wagen und den Wagen das ich dann bekam war 5 TL Unterschied. Also die Schuld war denen garnicht bewusst. You get a WhatsApp message that the car you have chosen is reserved.
