It's usually served chilled and is said to aid the digestive process.
This place makes a wide range of pickled vegetables sold mixed like a pickled salad or separately.
Every time are In Adana we buy a few 5 litre bottles for ourselves as well as to give to friends.
A great culinary and cultural experience.
