 The location is great, it's an ideal place to rest your head, our room is spacious, but the business is not professional, although most of the facility is empty, they gave our next room to a noisy group, as if there is only one employee in the kitchen trying to keep up with everything, as if it wasn't enough, someone who I think is the manager gave the staff a huge teapot on the table for 2 people in the cafe You put the cheese too much, you spilled the olive, I will hit you 2 slap it will happen to your mind etc etc insults the employee was crushed in the customers, come to have fun, come to rest, leave in a depressed and tense state

There is no bad staff, the place is super, but there is no service. My advice to the owner of the business is to get a good business manager immediately or transfer the business to an operator who will run the business as it deserves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonla aradık yerimiz mevcut dediler, 5 dk sonra teyit için aradılar geliyorum dedim.. Bi 5 dk daha sonra aradılar yerimiz yok diye.. Sebep dedim, diğer adam gelip tutmuş yeri.. Bana söz verme sebebiniz neydi peki dedim, o zaman yer varmış.. İnsan bu kadar mı pişkin olur!
We called on the phone and they said we have a place, 5 minutes later they called to confirm I'm coming. I said I'm coming. After another 5 minutes, they called because we didn't have a place.. I said why, the other man came and took the place. How can a person be this hot?

The view is magnificent, history and nature are intertwined, there is service, it is a great place to rest your head in a family atmosphere.
A place I go to at least twice a year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a new Hotel complex with an incredible location in the middle of Nature. A paradise for business people who want to rest from everyday Stress. The Owners have made a lot of effort. We were 4 days with Children in this Hotel. We really enjoyed the time. 3 kilometer via Kizkalesi with a little difficult Access. Breakfast and Dinner were first Class. the Staff and Hotel Owners were very helpful and accommodating. The pool was cleaned on time and the Rooms were very clean. All in one a Hotel complex at the highest Level. We will definitely spend our next Trip in this Hotel our vacation. We would like to thank all Employees and Family Dincer and say goodbye and see you next time. Greetings Burhan Karakurd
