★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yalçınlar İnşaat tarafından ilk bloğu 2014-2015 yıllarında tamamlanan, toplamda üç bloktan (A1, A2 ve B1) oluşan bu site gerek malzeme kalitesi olarak, gerek genişlik olarak başarılı bir şekilde inşa edilmiş. Belki de Konya'nın en geniş 3+1 dairelerinden birisini barındırıyor. Oda, mutfak ve balkon genişlikleri çok iddialı.
Daireler merkezi olarak ancak termostatlı bir şekilde yerden ısıtılıyor. Merkezi sıcak su kullanılıyor.
Çevre düzenlemesi zayıf kalmış, yer altı otoparkı bulunmuyor ama Şefikcan Caddesine bakan tarafların önünün açık olması ile beraber bu alana belediye tarafından park ve Kafem yapılması bütün eksilerini alıp götürüyor...
 Yalçınlar Construction has completed the first block in 2014-2015 and consists of three blocks in total (A1, A2 and B1). This site has been successfully built in terms of material quality and width. Perhaps it is one of the largest 3 + 1 apartments in Konya. The room, kitchen and balcony widths were very pretentious.
The apartments are centrally heated but underfloor heating. Central hot water is being used.
The landscaping is weak, there is no underground car park, but with the front of the sides facing Sefikcan Street, the construction of parks and cafes by the municipality takes away all the cons ...
