Sözleşmeye konut bedelinin bir kısmının kredi olacağını belirttik. Krediye başvurdum onaylandı ve banka eksper gönderdi. 661,00 TL ekspertiz ücreti ödedim. Sonra evin üzerinde ipotek olduğunu ve bu ipoteğin çözülme şansının olmadığını öğrendim. Emlakçı beni ev sahibiyle hiç görüştürmedi ve evin üzerinde ipotek olduğunu biliyormuş bana söylemedi. Evin üzerindeki ipotek yüzünden bizim anlaşmamız bozuldu. Evin üzerinde ipotek olduğunu bana söylemediğinden ve sözleşmenin emlakçı tarafından bozulduğundan sebepsiz yere yapılan ipotek masrafımı talep ettim. Emlakçı nasıl cevap verdi dersiniz. Beni hiç görüştürmediği ev sahibinden iste dedi.
