CHEATERS. The worst agency I ever have deal. They are cheaters. Any card you give them they say is not valid. It is incorrect because I had payments without any problems before and after they said it. Sr Dmitry Grachev on his reviews explaned it well. He explaind how in this rent a car manipulate with people. If you even consider to take car by this agency read his reviews and reviws of Sr Havva Mazyek. There are many reviews about this cheaters. Sr for renta a car agency write by hand how much I must pay or my reservation will be cancelated. If I didn't acepteted my 97,46 eur that I paid one month earlier gone with wind, I lose it. He said it goes to a some agency, not to them, when I said to give back money. At least I was forced to acept full insurance. Don't fall for it I repete they are cheaters

BE CAREFUL !!!! We had big problems here: First, they forced us to pay some extra cost that wasn't mentioned before and the online booking system service told us this is not correct. Second, we are still waiting for refund of deposit, that is almost a month ago. BETTER GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!!

One of the worst experience in my life!!! I rented a car through their Dalaman Airport office, 13-27 October 2021. On 27th October at the car drop off they said that the car needs "deep" cleaning even though it was only beach sand (i've two little kids) and absolutely no stain or other dirtiness, but the clerk at the airport couldnt speak any English and he gave me his boss number who was very rude and said i need to pay 15eur for cleaning and as everything else in regards to the car was in order, they agreed to return the deposit in 14working days. After 4 weeks, the deposit is still not returned to my bank account and i decided to give them a call, but both Dalaman and Antalya office were playing ping-pong & finally a representative from Dalaman office replied that deposit has been refunded on 17th of Nov (exactly 3 weeks after the car drop off), but said that the transaction might take few more days to reach my bank (overseas). After few more weeks, as the refund never reached my account i decided to call my bank and disputed the deposit transaction. It took ~ 2months to get the money refunded (Mid January 2022), (and only after the bank pressed them), minus 50eur cleaning fee!!!! 50 eur for cleaning in Turkey, is that fair? SCAMMERS...Its worth mentioning that i wouldnt get my money back at all if it wasnt for the bank!!! This isnt the way to attract more tourists in, that like to spend money and have a good time in Turkey and spread the good word for Turkish hospitality, culture, tradition, food... This isnt 19th or 20th century when one can escape a scam without being put on "wall of shame" publicly!!! BE ASHAMED!!!!

One of the best rental service I had! I used their cars/suvs lots of time and they are all in good condition. Price is lot better than other options. They always keep good communication with you before your flight and after you land.

Worst place to rent from, stay away. They take extra money without letting you know. They don’t give the correct car as you rented. They tell you that you have a speed camera fine but they don’t inform you where and when it was done. They only deduct money to keep in their pockets. They are also partnered with easyJet.
