★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شريت من عندهم شقة و للاسف موعد التسليم طاف عليه اكثر من سنة و الي الان ما تم التسليم و اكثر الموظفين عندهم تركوا الشركة و يقلون بسب ان الشركة عندها مشاكل مالية. اخر مره ردوا علي كان قبل ٥ شهور و وعدوني بعد ثلاث شهور يتم تسليم لكن للاسف لم يصدقوا مرة اخرى لكن ما نقول الا حسبنا الله و نعم الوكيل.
I bought a flat from them and unfortunately the delivery date was over one year and so far what has been delivered and most of the employees have left the company and say that because the company has financial problems. The last time they responded to me was 5 months ago and my promise after three months is handed over but unfortunately they did not believe it again but what we say except God and yes agent.

Ortak alanlar yarım yamalak bırakıldı. Binanın kanalizasyon sisteminden tutun da kullanılan en ufak malzemesine kadar sorunlu. Firma yetkilileriyle iletişim mümkün değil.
Our construction, which was supposed to be finished in a year, was barely delivered after five years. But since the firm is for execution, it was delivered without making the interior of the flats. Common areas were left sketchy. It is problematic from the sewage system of the building to the smallest material used. Communication with company officials is not possible.
