I believe the nurses must be more well trained. One nurse was supposed to put an IV for me and she didnt even sanitize, wear gloves, nor sanitize the area of skin before she injected the needle in my arm. (during this pandemic)! Then she missed my vein and injected it to my hand and missed again. At that point i asked her to stop and asked for a different nurse. She made me extremely worried before my surgery. Another thing is, when you call the nurses to help you with anything they always talk to themselves in turkish as if theyre so bothered by you. In addition to all of that, they couldn’t find my shoes that I have left in the room(i was wearing them when i came to the hospital and i left wearing slippers ) and those were quite special and expensive shoes... Anyways , i’m highly disappointed and upset. P.S the only nurse that genuinely cared about me was a thick woman in a hijab, with blue eyes!Very sweet girl.

Service is good, you have even translators.. However i think it’s not clear to me the prices for insuranced patients are more than who pay cash.. that’s the only reason i gave 2 star till you validate it by responding to this. Today i had to pay around 170 TL as 20% for consultation fees as my insurance covers 80%. Can a consultation only cost around 850 TL ??

You pay thousands of liras for medical tests, yet you're not allowed to see the specialized doctor. Even if you've already taken and appointment with them and wasted your time and money to come back to the hospital.

Dikkat! PCR test price for foreigners is always around 250 TL (25-30 €). Be careful when you need it. Customer care solved our problem.

I’m due to give birth in this hospital in two weeks and have been calling them to receive information and the birthing suites etc. The phone is constantly being transferred to different departments and and after waiting for 20 mins on the line, they tell me to call back another day! Customer service is ridiculous!

This hospital does not care about their patients, just about money. We paid upfront for a surgery not to have to deal with payments and to go straight home after a surgery. Yet they managed to wheelchair my wife straight to the payment booth anyways after a surgery to confirm she paid. They even charge a lot for parking. Nobody bothers to call about wrong blood results, they only call when they need money or make up some extra tests to charge you more. Prices are extremely high. Dont go here, there are much better options than Acibadem who actually care in Istanbul.
