I requested a document from the dermatology department secretaries that I had received from all hospitals (including Acıbadem) so that I could declare the hours I was in the hospital to the company I worked for (it's called a job paper). They gave me a very detailed breakdown on 8.12.2021, but the desk employee of the Dermatology department with great resistance refused my request to prepare a document in less detail on a separate paper, because I could not submit a document in which my personal information and my complaint were presented in such detail to the company, and it would not be appropriate. (When I spoke by phone on 09.12.2021). He said that this was not in his job description, that he could not write it, and in no way did he back down from this insistence in order to help the patient. The requested document is a very simple document that I can get from all hospitals. Zero customer satisfaction! I don't think I will come again and direct anyone!

Do not trust the price given, let alone seeing the patient as a patient, they do not even see him as a customer. They see you as a goose to be plucked, one day the price is different the next day, they call the day before the appointment and triple the price. Special warning to Foreigners Under any circumstances do not go to this hospital unless you want to waste your time and money.

It is the hospital that concluded the covid test result in 12 hours in 2022. Many private hospitals do it in 3-4 hours and upload the test results to the system. If you are not covid, you are not stuck at home for nothing. Never get tested for covid. You wait for hours in vain. The legal time is 24 hours, they give the classic answer.

11.03.2022 I had a Check-Up at Acıbadem Medical Center Ataşehir and I was very satisfied with everything. Each section is very well taken care of and takes time. All inspections take place without delay. Everyone was very engaging and smiling. I would especially like to thank Ms. Aynur for her interest and relevance. ?
