I would also like to write a good review, I even reached it with the advice of my neighbor, but unfortunately, I had a worse experience than I have ever had with any place until this age. Although I agreed in May and paid cash in advance, the promises made from the very beginning were never kept. The closing of my tiny balcony could only be done at the end of 3 months, although a day was given 1.5 months later. After it was done, although the desired detail was explained, a revision was required because the glass opening directions were mounted in reverse, and Alp Bey himself promised that the revision would be made, but the real annoying events started in this process, unfortunately. After repeated promises and apologies, it's been months and nothing has been done. Even though we were very understanding in all matters from the beginning to the end, we realized that this understanding was abused in the past, as none of our promises were kept and on top of that, our phones were not answered after a while. In the current process, we talked to our lawyer and we decided to take all possible legal moves. As a result, the better the other reviews, the worse our experience was unfortunately.

It has been 6 months and they will still come and replace the defective and damaged glasses they have installed. In this period when even 1 lira is hard to earn, I do not allow a penny of my right.
