If you don't own a car, there is a bus from downtown Bolu that goes directly to the park, make sure to check the bus schedule before taking it.

Abant Lake has a fascinating beauty every month of the year. Abant is a very popular holiday center that is preferred both for daily sightseeing and accommodation. The lake, which has an area of 127 hectares, is 1328 meters above sea level. It is fed by groundwater.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you go in December make sure you wear layers of clothing, it gets very cold. The fresh air and scenery was worth it. We saw some horses on the tracks, you can rent them.
