In terms of location, the rooms are located to see the Abant Stream, the hotel is clean in general. The jacuzzi is large enough to be by the window so that you can watch the view outside, and there is enough firewood in the woodshed in the rooms. The breakfast was very good, the ingredients used were delicious and the variety was sufficient. In general, our stay was good for us, but the internet in the rooms is not very good. We would like to thank the employees for their interest and relevance for a place that can be visited again.

The rooms were very clean and the concept was very nice. We had no problems with the fireplace and jacuzzi. The woods were ready in the room and there was foam for the jacuzzi. The employees were extremely interested and nice-faced. When they heard that we had to leave early in the morning due to working hours, they offered us a sandwich. Thank you for this thought. It was a very peaceful and complete holiday. We will come again, thanks for everything.

Hello, we have added 2 wonderful days to our memories by staying with my wife and son on March 17 and 18, 2022. They have clean and comfortable rooms. We would like to thank Ms. Ayşegül and Ms. Hamide, one of the cleaning staff. We would like to thank Anıl Bey, one of the reception staff, especially for his understanding, interest and smiling face. He did everything he could so that we could have a good time at the Hotel. Special thanks to the restaurant staff. The flavors were amazing. The breakfast is very hearty and delicious. Also the à la carte dishes were very good. We had a very enjoyable and fun holiday for 2 days. Thank you very much for everything on behalf of my family and myself. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed with wood. There were no problems in terms of cleanliness. The content of the breakfast was also rich. However, room rates are expensive and there is neither wifi nor telephone in the room. Since there were people coming for breakfast on Sundays, the tables with a view were always reserved and they showed us a table by the wall in the corner for breakfast. When we refused, they arranged a different table. As staying at the hotel, I guess we had to make a reservation for breakfast one day in advance.

It was a plus point for us that we were warmly welcomed from the entrance, that the receptionists did not break our small requests and greeted us with a smiling face. The room was sparkling clean and smelled nice. Everyone did their job well, in short. Even the cleaning sisters were very friendly. We stayed for 1 night. If we had time, we would have stayed for 1 more night. We were very satisfied. The breakfast is a full palace breakfast. You're drowning in an incredible variety. They put your tea on your table in the samovar. There was everything from pancakes to fresh cream. A real pleasure hotel :) Go without thinking for a romantic holiday (:

The concept of the hotel is very successful, the rooms, the view are perfect. It was like a dream, especially since we went in a period when the snow was heavy. We especially thank our two sisters who cleaned our rooms, we have never met two more friendly staff. In addition to these, there are a few situations that will overshadow the beauty of this place. First of all, when we just arrived at the hotel, the lady who greeted us at the reception was not smiling at all and did not have any command over payment etc. issues. It's the first time we've really seen how a simple voucher/invoice thing that we so clearly requested can be this complicated. Worst of all, he was not on his day so much that he didn't even make eye contact and try to understand. Another employee who came to the reception later intervened. Thanks to the other reception team who came the next day, they fulfilled our request. We recommend that you get more smiling and competent people at the reception, we think that this beautiful nuance is spoiled from the very first minute. The food of the restaurant is strangely bad, we ate a tasteless chicken and dry rice for dinner on the first day we went. The sound insulation in the rooms is bad, the wifi is weak, and the sewer smell that comes from the jacuzzi is at a level that can spoil your taste.

Positive aspects; The design of the rooms was beautiful and spacious. The bathroom and shower were also large. The room was very warm as the heating was not only with the fireplace but also with the central system. The cleanliness of the rooms was superb. Every time we returned to the room, everything was changed, down to the sheets, as if we had just checked into the hotel. Many thanks to Hamide and Ayşegül for their efforts. Breakfast was adequate; 5 kinds of cheese, 3 kinds of olives, 3-4 kinds of jam/honey, pies, pancakes or pancakes, eggs as you wish and unlimited tea were served. The restaurant was authentic with its stove, fireplace and wooden tables. Its view overlooked the stream and was calm during the week. Negatives; the soundproofing of the rooms was poor, dirt particles and a bad smell were emitted when the massage part of the jacuzzi worked. It is not possible to do this care daily because the massage button can only be pressed when it is full. Therefore, we recommend at least weekly medicated care. Unfortunately, the rooms smelled of cigarettes from time to time. Contrary to the breakfast, the evening meals were mediocre and still expensive, we recommend you to try the restaurants of other hotels in the vicinity. The thing that bothered us the most about the food was that the masks were sometimes put on and sometimes removed, depending on the density. With the Omicron variant so rampant and other restaurants taking care of it, the hotel was seriously neglected. Apart from all these, it can be preferred for a weekend with its calmness and good sides.
