Bana öyle bir mesaj gelmediğini söylediğimde ise sizin numaranızı atlamış olabilirim dedi.Bana abant sudan tek bir mesaj geldi günler önce o da suyun 20 TL'den 22 TL'ye çıktığına dairdi. Ben yedeğini almak zorunda değilim ama siz vaktinde getirmek ve değişiklikler hakkında müşterileri bilgilendirmek durumundasınız.Bana yedeğini almam konusunda tavsiyede bulunacağınıza, bilgilendirmeyi eksiksiz ve vaktinde yapın, siparişi 3-5 saat sonra getirmek yerine makul bir süreçte getirin, gecikme için ve dağıtım saati değişikliği hakkında bilgilendirme yapmadığınız için hatanızı kabul edip incelikli bikaç cümleyle iletişim kurmayı deneyin.
