A classic A101 branch. It is clean and the countertops are neat, but I could not see the price tag of the products I came across more than once. Also, when I wanted to buy a gift card at the cash desk, I saw an effort from the staff to not do it anyway and an effort to persuade me.

It's a disgrace. When I went for a refund, they made me wait 1.5 hours just to discourage me. They did it on purpose. Why do you do this while selling well, even if the thing I want to return is chewing gum, the people behind have to wait for me and the employees are careless and disrespectful. You are treated like an animal.
