Yaptıkları bir hatayı genel merkeze şikayet edince şube şefi arayıp tehdit ediyor beni nasıl şikayet edersin seni tanıyorum vs diyerek. Kasaya gittiğini görmelerine rağmen çağırana kadar kasaya gelmiyorlar. A101 in personel eğitimi ve performans değerlemesi yapması gerekiyor.
