The employees are good but the system is bad. You cannot return the product you bought. Customer service is the worst in Turkey.

Live flowers were sold before the specified date, but for a week I have been waiting for these flowers, unfortunately I bought 2 orchids but I couldn't get them because the succulents were sold a week before, and I had to visit all the stores.
