★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bugün herkesin içinde çalışanlar azarlanıyordu. Çalışanların yanlışları-hataları, müşteriler gittikten sonra söylenebilirdi. Yanlış olan durumlar olabilir ama kimse kimsenin önünde küçük düşürülmemeli.
Çalışanlarına değer vermeyen bir kurum için 1 yıldızı bile çok görüyorum maalesef.
