Adres değişikliği ile ilgili MNG kargo ve A101 arasında 1, 5 saattir mekik dokuyorum. MNG ve A101 topu birbirine atıyor. Aldığım son net bilgi A101 in uğraşmak istemediğinden dolayı topu MNG ye attığıdır. Adres değişikliği talebini güvenlik amacıyla yalnızca gönderici firma yapabiliyormuş. Bir daha asla alışveriş yapmayı düşünmüyorum. Çok kötü bir müşteri deneyimi oldu. ❌❌❌
OldI became a member for the first time, you have shipped my order to a different address by mixing my delivery address with my billing address. I have been shuttling for 1.5 hours between MNG cargo and A101 regarding the address change. MNG and A101 throw the ball at each other. The last clear information I get is that A101 threw the ball at MNG because he did not want to deal. Only the sending company can make the request for address change for security purposes. I never consider shopping again. It was a very bad customer experience. ❌❌❌
