★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum çalışanları çok kabalar ve ilgisizler. Yakın zamanda fişimi vermediler ertesi günde tarihi geçmiş ürün sattılar. Değiştirmeye gittiğimde tarihi geçmemiş ürün bulamadım ve kendi hataları olmasına rağmen özür bile dilemediler.
I definitely do not recommend the staff are very rude and uninterested. They didn't give my receipt recently, they sold expired product the next day. When I went to replace it, I couldn't find any expired products and they didn't even apologize, even though it was their fault.

Ayrıca bazı mağazalarında bir kız/ bir erkek genç elemanlarının lâklâk etmekten, müşterilerini kasada beklettiklerini söyleyebilirim...
Bu gençlere güzel tavsiyeler ettiğimizde de, "az eleman ile çok iş yaptırıldığı" şeklinde A101' i bize şikayet ettiğini söyleyebilirim...
BIM'de ki mağaza içi düzen ve personel iş disiplini --maalesef--- A101'de yok...
A101 should give importance to the irregular, sloppy appearance and hygiene in its branches, rather than the advertisements that will make itself big about the number of stores.
I can also say that in some of their stores, a male/female young staff member makes their customers wait at the cashier by slacking off...
When we gave good advice to these young people, I can say that A101 complained to us that "more work is done with less staff"...
In-store layout and personnel work discipline in BIM --unfortunately--- A101 does not...
