★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huawei Marka telefonun ekran değişimini yaptırdık. Fakat başta bize söyledikleri ve işin sonu bambaşka bir hal aldı. A Kalite ekran değişimi yapıyoruz bu yüzden fiyatımız böyle dediler. 1 Saat sonra biter dedikleri telefonu 1 gün sonra almaya gittik. Ekstra bir parça daha değiştiğini 80 TL Ek ödeme yapmamız gerektiğini ilettiler. Onuda ödedik. Sonuç
Taktıkları yeni ekranda yanıklar vardı ve durumu ilettiğimizde bakalım gelin dediler. Gittiğimizde kimse kusura bakmayın biz A Kalite dedik ama değildi sizi kandırdık demedi tabi ki :) En son aldıkları 80 TL'yi iade ettiler sadece bizde acil lazım olduğundan aldık daha fazla süreci uzatmak istemediğimiz için. Olanı biteni buraya yazmak istedim. Esnaflık verilen sözün arkasında durmak ya da en azından bir gönül almak özür dilemektir. Yapılan davranış hiç hoş değildi
We had the screen replacement of the Huawei Brand phone. But what they told us at the beginning and the end of the job took a different turn. We are doing a quality screen replacement, so they said that's our price. We went to pick up the phone, which they said ends in 1 hour, 1 day later. They told us that an extra piece has been changed and we have to pay an additional 80 TL. We paid it too. Result
There were burns on the new screen they installed, and when we conveyed the situation, they said let's see. When we went, no one said sorry, we said A Quality, but they didn't say it wasn't, of course :) They refunded the last 80 TL they bought, only because we needed it urgently and we didn't want to prolong the process. I wanted to write what happened here. Being a tradesman is to stand behind the promise or at least to get a heartfelt apology. The behavior was not pleasant at all.
