I have never seen a hospital with such a bad system. There are constant power cuts, the system shuts down, patients are kept waiting for hours. The ophthalmologist's chair is getting worse, even elderly patients with an appointment are not informed, they are called to their feet and then sent back to the house, saying that the chair is defective.
