Aldığım şubeye gittim oradaki kasiyere bu olayı sorduğumda bana istediğiniz şubeden değiştirebilirsiniz buraya kadar gelmenize gerek yoktu dedi. Kasiyerleri daha işin ehli seçerseniz daha güzel olur.
I came with my receipt and said I wanted a change, but they said I had to change it from the branch I received. I went to the branch where I bought it and when I asked the cashier about this incident, he said that you can change from any branch you want, you didn't have to come here.
