Habe hier einen Dacia Duster für eine Woche gebucht. Ich habe schriftlich festhalten lassen, dass mir weder Getriebe noch Kraftstoff wichtig ist, sondern nur die Größe, weil ich mit 5 Personen und viel Gepäck komme. Als ich dort jedoch ankam hat man mir erklären wollen, dass der Duster, den ich bekommen sollte gerade einen Unfall hatte und sie mir nur einen Renault Kleinwagen zur Verfügung geben können. Behauptet wurde auch, dass beide Fahrzeuge aus dem gleichen Segment sind und dass es lt. Vertrag somit in Ordnung ist, mir ein vergleichbares Fahrzeug anzubieten. Von meinem Hinweis im Vertrag, dass es unbedingt ein großes Fahrzeug sein sollte, wollten sie einfach nichts mehr wissen. Auch als ich den Hinweis als Screenshot gezeigt habe, haben Sie mich nur darauf hingewiesen, dass der Renault aus dem gleichen Segment ist. Wenn es mir nicht passte, sollte ich um 23:30 Uhr nach einem anderen Mietwagen suchen. Naturlich erfolglos. Nach ungefähr 30 Minuten kamen sie dann auf mich zu und boten mir einen Peugeot 3008 an. Der soll angeblich plötzlich frei geworden sein. Das ist ein Fahrzeug, dass von der Größe her vergleichbar ist und daher sagte ich natürlich zu. Das lustige ist jedoch, dass ich nun 110 Euro aufzahlen sollte. Ich fragte, warum es nicht selbstverständlich ist, dass der Kunde das bekommt, was er gebucht hat und wenn das Fahrzeug nun einen Unfall hat (wofür keiner was kann) sollte es möglich sein, dass der Kunde ein ähnliches Fahrzeug nach abgemachten Kriterien bekommt. Nachdem sie wussten, dass ich um diese Zeit keine andere Alternative habe, gaben sie nicht nach. Mein Hinweis, dass ich sie definitiv nicht mehr weiter empfehlen werde, wenn ich den Aufpreis bezahle, wurde ignoriert. Allein das zeigt, dass dieser Betrieb nur an den heutigen Tag denkt und nicht über längerfristige Kundenzufriedenheit nachhaltig mehr Unsatz generieren möchte. "5s rent a car" kann ich nicht empfehlen - Finger weg. Hier wird man abgezockt. PS: gleichzeitig habe ich in der selben Nacht nach dem Duster geschaut. Der war immer noch verfügbar. Folglich gehe ich davon aus, dass hier auch das know how bzgl. Logistik fehlt und die Mitarbeiter mit dem Fuhrpark live aber nicht vorausschauend Jonglieren. Was ich schade finde ist, dass es diese Masche keine Ausnahme ist. Habe bei meiner Verwandtschaft gefragt und habe direkt 5 weitere gefunden, die ähnliche Erfahrungen mit 5S gemacht haben. Man bekommt nie das Auto, das man gebucht hat. Leider macht sich keiner die Mühe eine entsprechende Bewertung zurück zu lassen.
Booked a Dacia Duster here for a week. I have had it stated in writing that neither gear nor fuel is important to me, only size, because I come with 5 people and a lot of luggage. It was also alleged that both vehicles are from the same segment and that according to the contract it is okay to offer me a comparable vehicle. They simply didn't want to know anything more about my reference in the contract that it should definitely be a large vehicle. Also, when I showed the hint as a screenshot, you just pointed out to me that the Renault is from the same segment. If it didn't suit me, I should look for another rental car at 11:30 PM. Unsuccessful, of course. After about 30 minutes they came up to me and offered me a Peugeot 3008. It is said to have suddenly become free. This is a vehicle that is comparable in size, so of course I said yes. The funny thing is, however, that I should now pay 110 euros. I asked why it is not a matter of course that the customer gets what he has booked and if the vehicle now has an accident (which no one can do for) it should be possible for the customer to get a similar vehicle according to agreed criteria. After knowing that I had no other alternative at this time of day, they didn't give in. My advice that I will definitely not recommend it to anyone if I pay the extra charge was ignored. That alone shows that this company only thinks about today and does not want to generate more revenue in the long term through long-term customer satisfaction. I cannot recommend "5s rent a car" - hands off. Here you get ripped off. PS: at the same time I checked the duster that same night. It was still available. As a result, I assume that there is also a lack of know-how regarding logistics and that the employees are juggling the fleet live but not proactively. What I think is a shame is that this scam is no exception. I asked my relatives and found 5 others who had similar experiences with 5S. You never get the car you booked. Unfortunately, nobody bothered to leave a corresponding rating.

Rezervasyon yaptığım araç için Esenboğa havalimanına gittiğimde, bana başka bir araç verilmesi ve benim talep ettiğim aracın olmadığını bildirmeleri beni hüsrana uğrattı. Keşke daha önceden bilgi verilseydi. Uzun süredir 5s müşterisiydim. Artık araç kiralarken bir kez daha düşüneceğim.
When I went to Esenboğa airport for the vehicle I had booked, I was disappointed that they were given another vehicle and that the vehicle I requested was not available. I wish I had been informed earlier. I was a long time 5s customer. Now I will think twice before renting a car.

Sizi yarı yolda bırakmasını huzursuz bir yolculuk yapmanızı sağlamasını istiyorsanız tek tercihiniz burası olmalı haftalar öncesinden araç kiralama sözleşmesi yapmama rağmen son gün yola çıkmama 2 saat kala beni arayıp istediğim segment SUV bir araç olmadığını bildirip başka bir segment araç önerdiler başka firmaları arasam bile son 2 saat kala hiç bir SUV araç bulamadım. Önerdikleri aracı kiralamak zorunda kaldım ve bagaj hacmini düşürüp bebek arabasını yanımıza alamadık ailemle huzursuz bir yola çıkmak zorunda kaldığım için bir daha asla tercih etmeyeceğim ve tavsiye etmeyeceğim bir firma olarak kalacak aklımda sizlerede bir kez daha düşünün derim.
If you want it to let you down and make you have an uneasy journey, this should be your only choice. Even though I made a car rental contract weeks ago, they called me 2 hours before my departure on the last day and informed me that there was no segment SUV vehicle I wanted and suggested another segment vehicle, even if I called other companies, the last 2 hours were left. I couldn't find any SUV vehicles. I had to rent the vehicle they recommended and we could not reduce the luggage volume and take the stroller with us. Since I had to go on an uneasy road with my family, it will remain as a company that I will never choose and recommend again, I think you should think again.

Herlese önere bilirim Ich habe ein Auto für 10 Tage reserviert. Von der telefonischen Reservation bis zur Fahrzeug Übergabe lief aller perfekt. Das Fahrzeug war neu und sehr sauber waren mit allem zufrieden immer wieder gerne

Zweites UPDATE: man hat uns die 25.- Euro wieder erstattet. Kurz gefasst: Auto TOP ( bei mir sogar Neuwagen mit sehr guter Austattung ), Preis TOP, Mietwagen-Abholung OK, Mietwagen-Rückgabe ausreichend, Service ungenügend. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WICHTIGES UPDATE: Leider haben die nachträglich nochmal von unserer Kreditkarte 25.- Euro Autobahngebühren abgebucht! Das geht garnicht! Vorsicht! Ich hatte die Autobahngebühren von ca. 300.- Lira bei der Abgabe vom Fahrzeug in Bar bezahlt! Bei der Bezahlung gab es Probleme, weil der Mitarbeiter mit der Eingabe ins System überfordert war. Er mußte daraufhin seinen Vorgesetzten anrufen und sich das erklären lassen. Ich glaube hier hat er trotzdem einen Fehler gemacht und die Bezahlung in BAR nicht richtig eingegeben. Die Unfähigkeit vom Mitarbeiter hat mich fast eine halbe Stunde gekostet! Wir haben die oft zur Klärung kontaktiert, hat aber leider nichts gebracht! Die Zentrale verweist uns an das Büro in Ankara und die halten uns nur hin. Mehr als 10 Mal wurde der Kontakt ( Zentrale und Büro in Ankara ) gesucht, leider kein Erfolg. Meiner Meinung nach ist das Betrug, da tröstet das günstige und gute Auto auch nicht mehr!!! Von einer klaren Empfehlung für 5S CarRental kann ich nicht mehr sprechen. Ich werde dort kein Fahrzeug mehr mieten! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Also ich kann die ganzen negativen Bewertungen nicht ganz verstehen. Ich hatte mir für 23 Tage ein Fahrzeug bei denen gemietet. Mein Mietfahrzeug war ein Renault Clio Automatik Benziner mit 130PS. Als ich das Fahrzeug bekam, hatte es 18km, richtig gelesen 18km! Die haben mir einen Neuwagen gegeben. An 3 Stellen war noch Flolie dran. Gut ausgestattet war mein Mietwagen auch noch. Sauberkeit gut, Luft nach oben ist noch. Automatik Getriebe, 130PS, Voll LED Scheinwerfer, Parksensoren hinten, Tempomat, Berganfahrhilfe, Multifunktionslenkrad, USB Anschlüsse, Bildschirm, Freisprecheinrichtung usw. Preislich waren die mit 497 Euro ( Mitte Juli bis Anfang August ) günstig. Bezahlung und Abholung vom Mietwagen erfolgt vor Ort im Parkhaus. Wir haben mit Kreditkarte in Euro bezahlt, was dann zu extra Gebühren von ca. 15 Euro geführt hat. Vor Ort bekommt man das nicht mit, sondern sieht es auf der Abrechnung. Hätten die Lira abgebucht, wären die Gebühren nicht fällig. Was noch gut war, wir hatten Benzin für ca. 140km im Tank. Was auch noch etwas gestört hat, die Rückgabe. Es waren noch Autobahngebühren offen, wovon der Mitarbeiter keine Ahnung hatte. Dies führte zu Verzögerungen von fast einer halben Stunde. Ich musste nämlich mit ins Büro was im Parkhaus ist. Die Abgabe vom Mietwagen erfolgt am Terminal. Kurz gefasst: + Neuwagen mit einer guten Ausstattung und ordentlicher Leistung + Verbrauch mit 6,2 laut Bordcomputer ist gut ( fast nur Ankara Verkehr ) + Preis war Top für die Zeit + keine Kilometerbegrenzung, ich bin 3400 km gefahren - extra Kreditkarten-Gebühren wegen Zahlung in Euro ( es geht ums Prinzip ) - Rückgabe ( vielleicht war der Mitarbeiter neu ) Ich werde wieder bei 5S Rental in Ankara ein Fahrzeug mieten, ich bin zufrieden. Preis Leistung ist unschlagbar.

That is not how it works! Caution! I paid the motorway toll of around 300 Lira when I returned the vehicle in cash! There were problems with the payment because the employee was overwhelmed with the input into the system. He then had to call his supervisor and have it explained to him. I think he made a mistake here anyway and did not enter the cash payment correctly. The inability of the employee cost me almost half an hour! We have often contacted them for clarification, but unfortunately did not bring anything! The headquarters refer us to the office in Ankara and they just hold us there. The contact (head office and office in Ankara) was sought more than 10 times, unfortunately no success. In my opinion this is a fraud, the cheap and good car is no longer comforting either! I can no longer speak of a clear recommendation for 5S CarRental. I had rented a vehicle from them for 23 days. My rental vehicle was a Renault Clio automatic petrol engine with 130PS. When I got the vehicle, it was 18km, you read 18km correctly! They gave me a new car. Flolie was still there in 3 places. My rental car was also well equipped. Cleanliness is good, there is still room for improvement. Automatic gearbox, 130PS, full LED headlights, rear parking sensors, cruise control, hill start assist, multifunction steering wheel, USB ports, screen, hands-free kit, etc. In terms of price, they were cheap at 497 euros (mid-July to early August). Payment and collection from the rental car takes place on site in the parking garage. We paid in euros with a credit card, which then led to additional fees of around 15 euros. You don't notice it on site, you see it on the statement. If the lira had been debited, the fees would not have been due. What was still good, we had gasoline for about 140km in the tank. What also bothered a bit, the return. There were still motorway tolls open, about which the employee had no idea. This resulted in delays of almost half an hour. I had to go to the office with what's in the parking garage. The rental car is returned at the terminal. In short: + New cars with good equipment and decent performance + Consumption of 6.2 according to the on-board computer is good (almost only Ankara traffic) + Price was top for the time + no mileage limit, I drove 3400 km - extra credit card fees for payment in euros (it's about the principle) - return (maybe the employee was new) I will rent a vehicle again at 5S Rental in Ankara, I am satisfied. Price performance is unbeatable.

Absolutely awful experience, they saved my credit card when I paid for toll roads during drop off, after that, I was told that I need also to pay for the car parking in the airport (where they are parking their cars) instead of them, I refused because it's their business to figure out what to do after rental completed, they told me that's ok and I don't need to pay in this case and charged me afterward when I was already in the plane (a used card which they saved before). When I asked support to help me figure out this situation, first they refused but later started to make jokes about me coming to Turkey and calling the local police. I've attached several screenshots of our conversation Please don't book at this car company and just be careful when you giving your credit card to them.
