★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very big mall and it is the biggest in Yalova but a little far from city center, you can find most brands for clothing and there are furniture store and home supplies also very big Migros food and home supplies store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With it's wide variety of shops (including Tekzen, Deichmann and Kipa itself) this is one of the best shopping centers in Yalova. Also there is a car washing present directly inside it's closed car park.
By the way although the shopping center is open between 10.00 and 22.00, Kipa itself is open between 09.00 and 22.00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İt's a simple mall for shopping , very few shopping places , Watson , Tekzen , Migros, LC Waikiki Burger king , and that's it , wish it has more well known places and better intertwinement for children

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Migros 5m hypermarket, some shops, including lcwkiki, 2 shops for shoes, gratis, jewelry shop and tekzen a home store, also available are burgerking and homestyle cooking restaurant and other restaurants and cafes, kids play area. Not too many shops though so don’t consider this a mall!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İt is a good place for shopping ? and entertainment.
You can find Tekzen ,there all what you need in your home ? you will find ... kitchen tools ,garden tools , bathrooms,offices,bedrooms and all types of furniture .
Also you can find Kipa super market ,in fact it contains all products of Migros ,some goods are expensive comparing to the same outside .
The electronics there is not good and you can’t find everything that you need.
So I advice all to not buy electronics from there .
But the other goods are very good with high quality .
