Temizlik görevlileri bile merdivenlerde sigara içiyorlar. Park yeri sorunu var. Dairelerin çoğu 1+1 dolayısı ile çok araç var. Ama kapalı/yeraltı parkyeri olmadığı için yeterli parkyeri yok. Yayaları ve araç geçişini engelleyecek biçimde park ediliyor. Apartman girişlerini parkeden araçlar kapatıyor. Isıtma giderleri kullansan kullanmasan yüksek. Çoğu dairelerde balkon olmaması, pencerelerin yarım açılması sıkıntı.
