Of course, we will not call them anymore ... what happened was the money and time we gave. Not to mention being locked in the balcony. Do not choose.

The firm run by Egehan Bey and his son Bedirhan Bey. They installed blinds in our summer house. There were problems such as the blinds not closing completely, leaving a gap under them when closed. They said they would bring the part, and when it didn't come for 1 month, we took care of it from our own pocket. The house was not used for 6 months after the blinds were installed. They said they would come and disassemble the engine and take it to the service, they did not come, and it has been 3 months. Some of the blinds were not installed correctly, they opened from where they were mounted. Since it opens from the wall, the blinds clatter and jam when opening. The second blind also broke this week. The area where the house is located is windy, the shutters with thin lamellas are installed, it rattles in every wind. I've lived in 3 different shuttered houses for 6 years, I've never seen it rattle like this in a storm, even in winter. We made a mistake in this matter as well, since he was hanging out with an acquaintance and we did not stand by him. If they pick up the phones, they usually don't pick up, they say they will come. It's been a week since they last said they were coming. They do not return phones. I gave 2 stars for the sake of not having any blinds on our heads yet. Even though I know it will be more money out of my pocket, I am sure that I will work with another company. Edit 6 May 2021: I spoke to him again today. They saw my comment. Instead of admitting that they were victims, "We saw his comment, we wrote his answer," said Egehan himself. As he promised, instead of disassembling the engine and sending it to the warranty, the decision was made by the technical service, but I was faced with a comment that water got into that shutter in advance of the warranty, there is something in the electrical installation, it is not our responsibility, I cannot help you. If you are going to have blinds installed later, the material used has nothing to do with Pimapen, so keep this in mind while waiting for "Pimapen" quality. The reason why they can still do business in Bodrum is that other people doing business are full due to high demand.

I would like to thank 3K shutter and its employees. They came for the maintenance of my blinds, which I had installed last year, but were very damaged due to the renovation. They came around 4 pm and worked until 10. they didn't leave until they finished their work and they repaired all the damaged shutters very well. I definitely recommend them. It is very difficult to find someone who is honest and good at their job in Bodrum. The 3K shutter really does it justice.
