I took my vehicle..Your vehicle is dirty and they said they don't have time to spare for this vehicle and they didn't wash it.. The attitude of the employee is simply bring us a clean vehicle, let's wash it, look at more vehicles and earn more money with less effort. I took my vehicle to another place and they delivered the vehicle in an immaculate condition in 40 minutes. This attitude is not ethical or professional.

I made an agreement with the company in question for 900 TL in the form of removing the vehicle covering foil + paste polish and paint protection in my vehicle. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . When I took delivery of the vehicle, there were foil residues in the vehicle. The brand and model embossed letters on the trunk at the back of the vehicle were removed and left in the trunk in a broken form. Since the color of the vehicle changed from white to black after the foil, they brought water from a thousand streams in order not to issue an invoice at the end of the transaction, although my request for an invoice regarding this was positively answered before the transaction. They sent me, together with one of their employees, to a company that did not process my vehicle in the industry and gave me an invoice. The company in question does its job far from professionalism. I can't comment on other issues, but if you remove the car foil coating yourself at home, you will do a much smarter thing.
