★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 31.03.2022 perşembe günü, Çünür mahallesi nde bulunan ve sahibinden.com da ilana çıkılmış olan bir kiralık daire için iletişime geçtim. Akşam saat 18:00 civarı gösterebileceklerini belirttiler. Evi ve çevresini daha iyi müşahade edebilmek için, daha erken saatte gösterilip, gösterilemeyeceği konusunda bilgi istedim.
İkinci bir kişiye yönlendirdiler ve evi bu kişinin göstereceğini söylediler. Çünür mahallesi nde bulunan bir benzin istasyonuna ulaştığında, ikinci kişi ile tekrar iletişime geçtim. Ancak bu kez ikinci kişi müsait olmadığını söyledi. İlgili mahalleye kadar geldiğimi ısrarla söyleyince, üçüncü bir kişiye yönlendirildim.
Üçüncü kişi ise beni sahibinden.com da fotoğrafları bulunan daireye değil farklı bir kiralık daireye yönlendirdi.
Milan'da bulunan fotoğraf ve bilgiler ile, gösterdikleri dairenin uyumlu olmadığını belirttim de ise biz de başka bir daire yok cevabını aldım.
Emlak sektöründe her şeyden önce güven ve dürüstlük çok önemlidir. Eğer müşteri ile güven ve dürüstlüğü zedeleyici hareketlerde, tutum ve davranışlarda bulunuyorsanız bu tür firmalar ile çalışacak olanların defalarca düşünmesi gerekmektedir. Aksi halde maddi ve manevi zararlara uygulamaları ihtimal dahilindedir. Bu sebeplerle ilgili firmadan kesinlikle hiç memnun kalmadım ve hiç kimseye de tavsiye etmiyorum.
On Thursday, 31.03.2022, I contacted for a rental flat in Çünur district, which was advertised on sahibinden.com. They said they could show it around 18:00 in the evening. In order to better observe the house and its surroundings, I asked for information on whether it could be shown earlier.
They forwarded it to a second person and said that this person would show the house. When he reached a gas station in Çünür district, I contacted the second person again. But this time the second person said he was not available. When I insisted that I had come to the relevant neighborhood, I was directed to a third person.
The third person, on the other hand, directed me to a different rental flat, not the one with the photos on sahibinden.com.
When I stated that the photos and information in Milan and the apartment they showed were not compatible, I got the answer that there is no other apartment.
First of all, trust and honesty are very important in the real estate sector. If you engage in actions, attitudes and behaviors that damage trust and honesty with the customer, those who will work with such companies should think over and over again. Otherwise, it is possible to apply them to material and moral damages. For these reasons, I am absolutely not satisfied with the company and I do not recommend it to anyone.
