★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bir mekanda kalırken bir çok kişi de olduğu gibi bizimde 1. kriterimiz temizliktir, bu kriter konusunda kesinlikle gönül rahatlığı ile tavsiye edebilirim. Deniz ile arasındaki mesafe yaklaşık 200 metre buda yürüme giderken 5, dönüşte bayır çıktığınız için yaklaşık 8 - 10 dakika vaktinizi alıyor. Mekan sahibi hanım efendi oldukça yardımcı ve kesinlikle hiçbir eksiğiniz (Çaydanlık, tava, tencere vs.) olmuyor. Akşamları bahçedeki mangal ve çay keyfi ve sabah horozların sesi ile uyanmayı hiç bir şeye değişmeyiz. Çocuklarımız bahçede oynarken akşamları mangalımızı yaktık, çayımızı içtik. Deniz konusuna gelince isterseniz denize sıfır otellerde yeme içme yapıp plajını kullanabilirsiniz. Yada bu apartın 5 dakika yürüme mesafesindeki denizine girebilirsiniz. Deniz Selimiye' de her yerde güzel. Apartın Dez avantajı önüne kadar araba çıkmaması, bunun içinde marketlerin kapıya kadar sipariş getirme hizmeti varmış. Biz son gün öğrendik :) Biz memnun olarak ayrıldık fakat tabiki tatil konusundaki beklenti herkeste farklıdır.
 As with a lot of people who are staying at a venue in cleaning our # 1 criteria, certainly I can recommend with complacency on these criteria.
