The comfort of the room is very good, the bathroom is spacious and clean, the balcony is large and airy. There was a breakfast service in the morning, but we did not have the opportunity to try it. I was satisfied with the high quality of service. The price is also very good in terms of performance. If you are on your way to Samsun and you are looking for a nice and comfortable place to stay, choose this place. Also, as I understand it, it can be used for weddings. The only positive feature of the guest house is that it has a parking lot. Apart from that, it is disgraceful; cleanliness is zero, water is flowing from the ceiling. Tools are deformed. For breakfast they show a small room located next to the reception. There are 6 tables at the bottom. 2 adults and 1 child received a price of 250 TL. There are number 10 hotels in the center of Samsun for 300 TL. In short, it is a lousy and filthy place.

After the pandemic, the breakfast option in the restaurant with sea view has been removed, and you have an extremely poor quality breakfast in the small room next to the reception, which does not look anywhere. I was shocked. It's a shame that the service has dropped so low despite the prices going up. Our room was clean, but we had a lot of trouble because of the breakfast.

Needs renovation. They are very good at cleaning, but the shower faucet hanger and toilet bowls in the bathroom are not good, they are not well maintained. There is a TV but the channels are not playing. The breakfast is completely satisfying. You can stay elsewhere for the same price. I did not like the university, I stayed, but I did not leave very satisfied.
