4 cephesinde de Allah lafzı bulunmaktadır.
Her cephede ortada geçmiş ve geleceği simgeleyecek şekilde saat simgesi ve ortada 16 Türk devletini simgeleyen 16 yıldız bulunmaktadır. Merkezinde 15 Temmuz logosuna yer verilmiş tasarım "doğunun, batının, kuzeyin, guneyin, zamanın ve mülkün sahibi yüce Allah'tır" manasını taşır.
Abidenin alt platformunda 15 Temmuz şehitlerinin isimleri yer almaktadır.
The monument consists of 3 main sections, the lower platform, the main body, the dome and the realm, and symbolizes a minaret. Designed in memory of our July 15 martyrs, the monument is located on the poolside town square in the city center.
There are words of Allah on all four fronts.
On each front, there is the clock symbol to symbolize the past and the future, and 16 stars symbolizing the 16 Turkish states in the middle. The design with the logo of 15 July in its center means "the owner of the east, the west, the north, the south, the time and the property is Almighty God".
The names of the 15 July martyrs are located on the lower platform of the monument.
