Fisimizi gosterip iade istedik. Kasadaki bayan tarafindan 186 T.L. olarak geri verilebilecegi soylendi. 'Niye?' diye sorunca 'Banka bizden promosyon kesiyor' cevabini aldik. Yani anlayacaginiz kirtasiye bizden promosyon kesmek istedi. 'Banka kartina iade yapin' dedigimizde ise 'Kirtasiye calisaniyla bankaya gitmemiz gerektigi soylendi' Bu yogunlukta beraber bankayada gidicez.Anlayacaginiz hizmet mukemmel!

38 sayfa arkalı önlü renksiz çıktı için sayfa başına 1.5 TL istediler.Cok pahalı deyince sonrasinda 1 TL indire bildik.Her tarafta en pahalı 50 kuruşa çıktı alinirken bu fırsatçılığı anlayamadım.
Sakın gidip bu tür tuzaklara düşmeyin .Müşteri memnuniyeti çok zayıf .müşteri memnuniyetinizi bir daha gözden geçirmenizi öneririm.
It cannot be stationery that asks for 2 TL for a one-page printout.
They wanted 1.5 TL per page for 38 pages of colorless printouts. When we said it was too expensive, we were able to download 1 TL after that.
Do not go and fall into such traps. Customer satisfaction is very poor. I recommend you to review your customer satisfaction.
